Work Principle:
*Creper Machine consists of rhombic roller which rotates in opposite direction, chassis and rotating system.
*Rubber blocks are pressed thin & flat, and removed water and sundries out by front and latter roller do the opposite movement.
*Rubber is to be granule shape, flat shape or alveolate shape after creping and kneading by different speed of front & latter rollers.
*The production line of nature rubber, which has a system consist of No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 Crepers are kept on creping rubber.
* Principal Roller is anti-cauterization and resistant-wear which is made of alloy casting.
